David Jason Hale

David Jason Hale
David Jason Hale is a judge for the Western District of Kentucky. Hale was born on June 30, 1967 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He received his bachelor's degree in 1989 from Vanderbilt University and his law degree in 1992 from the University of Kentucky College of Law. In 1995, Hale worked as an assistant US attorney for the Western District of Kentucky and served for four years in the position. In 2010, President Obama name him as US Attorney for the Western District. Four years later, President Obama nominated Hale to serve as a judge for the Western District Court, to a seat vacated by Judge Charles Ralph Simpson III. The Senate confirmed his nomination on December 3, 2014.
