Gregory N. Stivers
Judge, Western District of Kentucky, 2014-
Gregory N. Stivers is a judge for the Western District of Kentucky. Stivers was born on Jun 20, 1960 in Hazard, Kentucky. He received his bachelor's degree in 1982 from Eastern Kentucky University and his law degree in 1985 from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Following law school, Stivers practiced law in Bowling Green, Kentucky until 2015, when President Barack Obama nominated him to serve a judge for the Western District Court. The Senate confirmed his nomination on December 4, 2014, to a seat vacated by Judge Thomas B. Russell.
